I also see a component video cable that looks different than the one that came with his Xbox, in that it splits into two bundles, one with component and composite video and the other with just analog audio. I noticed on the Xbox 360 website that there is a cable kit with an HDMI cable and an audio dongle, but it is obviously missing the comonent video. Is there a workaround for this? It would be ideal to have the same type of component video/audio cable but lower profile so it wouldn't obstruct the HDMI port. I noticed that with the cable that came in the box, if you plug in the component video/audio dongle it obstucts the HDMI port. A guy I know wants to have the component video output (along with analog stereo and optical digital audio) of his Xbox (HD-DVD player, mostly) go to his whole house distribution system while at the same time sending the HDMI signal to his theater display.
